Originally from the great State of Texas, Mr. Archer has sought the practice of law as his second career. After graduating high school in 1992, Mr. Archer enlisted in the US Air Force and served as a Munitions Systems Specialist and a Training Manager/Instructor until he discharged in 2000. Upon completion of his bachelors degrees at McMurry University (Science) and University of Central Oklahoma (Business Admin.), he attended Barry University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. Mr. Archer began his practice in 2006 and has continued in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law ever since. The fact that he has experienced his own family law issues and has seven (7) children lends itself to the fact that Mr. Archer is a true advocate for minor children and understands the impact litigation can have on children.
Ms. Contini is a born and raised Floridian from Central Florida. After receiving her high school diploma from South Lake High School in 2006, she went on to Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry in 2010. It was during this time that Ms. Contini began to feel the need to actively help others and chose to continue her education by pursuing a law degree. She chose to attend Florida Agricultural and Mechanincal University College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2013. She strongly feels that the education she received there, beyond the classes that focused solely on law, have better prepared her to understand and aid her clients. After passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2013, Ms. Contini began working as an attorney at Archer Law, focusing mainly on family law issues.
Ms. Caillavet is a native Floridian and current resident of Lake County. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and American Studies from the University of South Florida in 2004, graduating summa cum laude. She graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. During her time at Stetson Law, she served as a Certified Legal Intern with both the St. Petersburg City Attorney’s Office and the Department of Justice’s United States Trustee Program. She also received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for providing pro bono legal services to the public. Ms. Caillavet has experienced both sides of the criminal justice system, having served as an Assistant State Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender in the 5th Judicial Circuit prior to joining the Law Office of D. D. Archer, PA.
